- Welcomes customers by greeting them in person or telephone.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls.
- Updates social media and monitors online store.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Maintains workflow by studying methods; and developing reporting procedures.
- Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Filipina, 23-30 years old w/ pleasing personality who can join immediately, is preferred.
