Requirements:
1. The candidate must be a graduate in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 8 years experience with development companies in the UAE.
2. Must have excellent skills in project management for residential and hospitality projects.
3. Must be dynamic, intelligent and able to handle the project independently.
4. Manage consultants, suppliers, contractors and provide the necessary support to them in completing the project on time and as per the agreed project parameters, standards and objectives.
5. Conduct site visits to verify and monitor the construction progress to ensure the project parameters are met in line with agreed project objectives.
6. Recommend changes, if required, to the plans and established parameters.
7. Valid driving license is a must.
8. Should be fluent in English.
