Requirements:
- Diploma in Printing Technology or Associate Engineering.
- Min experience of 3-5 years on Operating Rotogravure printing machine such as: Cerutti, Rotomach, Schavi.
- Working experience on 100% inspection system.
- Should have knowledge of Photo-Spectro meter
- Roto printing process and cylinder mounting (reverse and surface printing)
- Salary: AED2,000.00 to AED2,192.00 /month
- Execute production orders in compliance with the company standards within quality efficiency and safety
- Achieve fast setup and waste reduction.
- Calculating and working on reducing the production wastage.
- Delivering good quality print with minimum wastage.
- Shade matching and seeking approvals from QC / Sales.
- Assuring good print quality without printing defects.
- Able to judge product quality based on shade cards.
- Able to take decision to run / stop production due to quality requirements.
- Can select inks as per the subs rates ((NCPU, PU and Vinyl Inks).
