Requirements:
- Post graduate in HR related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of UAE experience as HR officer preferably from construction industry.
- Salary Range between AED 5,000/- to AED 6000/- (Negotiable as per experience)
- Candidates who can join within a week and on Father/Husband sponsorship visa will be preferred.
- Provide assistance to Group HR Director to ensure compliance with the human resource policies relating to all areas of human resources.
- Working closely with various departments assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Handle confidential information, coordinating and assisting in HR projects.
- Working independently as well as in close collaboration with the HR team.
- Maintains the HR database and generates requested reports to assist management.
- Developing, establishing & negotiating the best ‘cost-effective’ rate with “Recruitment Sources’ / Recruitment Partners to gather CV’s.
- Self correspondence, prepare letters, memorandums, reports & warning letters according to UAE law, termination letters & internal memos etc.
- Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
- Planning, and sometimes delivering, training – including inductions for new staff.
