- Minimum graduate
- Must have 3+ years relevant experience
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Responding phone calls of the customers and providing them requested information.
- Promptly & accurately replying to the email enquiries using Microsoft Outlook.
- Respond enquiries on B2B portals & Social Media channels.
- Attending the clients meeting in office and provide them business support.
- Managing Clients Database by using SuiteCRM and controlling their documentation.
- Providing administrative support to the management team.
