Responsibilities:
- Undertake design project from concept to completion Including Plans, sections, elevations and details.
- Have Experience in F&B, retail and Office projects.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities.
- Prepare graphic design presentations and artwork.
- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Supervise work progress
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
- Developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with clients (the brief)
- Understanding clients’ needs and the needs of the people using the building,
- Developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs;
- Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software
