Requirements:
- To take periodic rounds in the plant to ensure that GMP systems are under control
- To carry out the Inspection of the Raw material at the time of receipt, if any non-conformances observed implement a CAPA immediately.
- Routine monitoring of the Temperature and the hygienic standards of the warehouse and stores at random intervals.
- To co-ordinate with the logistics department and carry out the random hygiene checks as required and maintain the set standards.
- To monitor the preventive maintenance records of the equipment’s and check for the functionality and raise maintenance requisition if any non-conformance observed.
- To support implementation of GMPs through decent, firm, logical, scientific, factual, unbiased and assertive interactions.
- To prepare Standard Operating Procedures, related to the Hygiene and Quality Control Department.
- Handling Customer audits and complaints
- To face Third Party/Regulatory audits
- Outbound inspection of the products delivered to end user.
