The Laboratory Technician is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of laboratory areas and equipment, distribution of laboratory supplies and sterilization of laboratory instruments. Therole requires a highly-motivated, organized and flexible individual open to learning new tasks. The position will play a key role in ensuring that daily laboratory activities operate both efficiently and effectively.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform scheduled cleanings and maintenance of laboratory areas and equipment.
• Prepare, inventory, and stock laboratory supplies.
• Operate autoclave and standard laboratory equipment.
• Accurately document all activities in compliance with good documentation practices.
• Adhere to cGMP, safety/environmental, and company guidelines to assure that a compliant, safe and professional work environment is maintained.
• May perform additional duties as required.
