Requirements:
- A Minimum of 3 years Manager Experience in the real estate industry in UAE
- Must have a detailed knowledge of property, contract and agency laws relevant to buying, selling and leasing property.
- Strong understanding of Real Estate laws and provisions.
- Proven track of successful sales record.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to be an inspiring leader.
- Strong adherence to ethical standards including, but not limited to, the ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain fiduciary responsibility.
- We offer Basic Salary + Commission from sales agents + commission for direct sales. Which w ill be discussed during the interview.
- Responsible for Recruiting and Hiring Sales Consultants to —-Maximum occupancy
- Teamleader that motivates and develops efficient and high performing team.
- Responsible for coaching, guidance, frequent feedback and motivation to staffs, ensuring obedience to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and execute operating budget
- Maximize Income
- Monitoring and reviewing agents’ transactions.
- Analyzing, preparing and obtaining Weekly and Monthly budget forecast
- Obtain bids and manage capital improvement projects according to company guidelines and budget.
- Coordinate and schedule training classes for all On-Site Staff.
- Management of the asset’s online reputation and brand
