- The candidates should have the below qualifications: Civil/Construction Engineering degree.
- 7 to 10 years of Experience in Construction.
- At least the last 4 years of his experience were in Egypt.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English). Steady & Progressing career path since graduated.
- Experience in Post Tensioning system application (Buildings & Infra-structures)
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To forecast resources required for future projects.
2 To allocate site operatives, equipment and materials for all projects
3. To be responsible for procurement and purchase of materials and plant.
4. To approve all purchase orders related to production.
5. To supervise and assist Construction managers in his duties.
6. To manage the interface with the clients and resolve conflicts, if any.
7. To solve any major technical problem during project execution.
8. To control sites expenses.
9. To conduct regular reporting meeting.
10. To identify training needs for site operatives.
11. To interact with other departments when required.
