Requirements:
Responsibilities:
• Assist in Planning and implementation Company training needs and provide best practices solutions through specific required training, job analysis, appraisal schemes and confirms feedback status to Line/concern.
• Confirms all documents needed for registration of all individual and In house training including training pre requirements/logistics.
• Evaluates training Programs, prepare logistics needs and provides close supervision on the training progress of the required training in coordination with the focal points.
• Contacts training providers and discuss associated costs/benefits of planned training and advise MT & CD on budgets limitations.
• Confirms Units/Div. Dept. needs to produce non budgeted training that are highly needed to the lines.
• Monitors and reviews the progress of the training during the courses through discussions with training providers/attendees and feeds back the comments to the lines.
• Provides help/solution to specific training problems, by contacting the concerns within and outside company
• Contacts and follow up on daily basis training invoices status and ensures vendors payments are received on timely basis and Prepare monthly relevant training reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line. Knowledge & Skills
• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• CIPD or/Training qualification.
• English-Good Written and Spoken.
• 3-5 Years of experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in training as a Development role.
