- 2 years of experience in related area of responsibility.
- Senior service, production, or support roles highly experienced in area of responsibility.
- Performs all of the standard and some specialized more complex aspects of the function.
- Thorough knowledge of tasks and responsibilities. Effectively applies skills in accomplishing tasks.Responsible for work processes that affect success of own role and have a moderate impact on the performance of the department. Scanning of invoices, vendor data maintenance, outgoing payments.
- Issue all-typed payment.
- Issue report on outstanding non-paid items.
- Processing of AP invoices and expence reports.
- First line query handling and preparation of the payment runs for its country.
- Ensure timely and accurate vendors and suppliers accounts payable.
- Handle creditors queries.
