Requirements:
The Sales Controls and Operations Unit is responsible for all the backend controls and operations pertaining to the Sales & Distribution. The unit performs multiple activities which includes but not limited to back-end operations, MIS generation, Automation of reports, quality call backs, file reviews etc. The role is within the unit and the applicant will be required to multi-task within the unit in any of the activities mentioned above or activities which are added to the unit subsequently.
Principal Responsibilities
• Will be responsible for projects, MIS, automation of back-end operations, data analysis
• Strong focus on Controls and Process optimization and documentation
• Develop and automate on-going / ad-hoc MIS requirements with expertise in Excel, Macros using VBA, Access etc. - Adept and articulate in understanding process intricacies and draft process / policy documents.
• To assist the Sales Controls and Operations head in the on-going and ad-hoc projects and process implementation.
• Quick learner who can understand the requirements and existing processes and pitch in as required by the business
• Forward compatible who can keep pace with the business dynamics and churn out quality throughput within stringent timelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
• 3+ years of experience in core banking operations
• Expertise in Excel, Macros, Access, Database, MIS, Automation
• Strong analytical skills
• Problem-solving initiative
• Min Graduate
• A cohesive team player with customer and service centricity
• Good communication skills and assertive to interact with other teams and customers
