Requirements:
- Reviewing Tender documents, understanding, analyzing and accurately assessing all the requirements and preparation of detailed cost estimates and project BOM
- Raising and preparation of technical requests for clarification to client.
- Co-ordination, preparation and compilation of complete, compliant and professional proposal documentation, both technical and commercial, for submission to clients in line with client bid documents and tender deadlines.
- Planning, managing and controlling the total requirements of projects, coordinating with vendors and inter department.
- Perform site inspections of work, when necessary, in close liaison with Client.
- Monitor materials usage to ensure possible shortages and addressed at the earliest possible opportunity.
- Prepare & Submitting the Project Technical Design Document for class approval to the attending classification society.
- Preparing technical and commissioning reports for the commissioning of the respective system.
- Promoting total quality work ethic, safe and pleasant work environment and establishing an environment of mutual respect & teamwork with all the employees.
- Successfully designing P & ID’s, schematic layout and detailed drawings by using AutoCAD.
- Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
- Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
