Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience finance
- and accountancy in similar position in
- OUTDOOR MEDIA AND SIGNAGE
- INDUSTRY
- CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or a
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
- Monitoring and planning daily bank transactions in line with funds availability.
- Assessing and follow ups for ensuring the planned inflows on time.
- Review of collection monitoring sheet on a daily basis.
- Guiding the team members for their work performances and setting up priorities.
- Coordinating with banks, landlords and clients for critical issues and settlements.
- Monitoring future commitments to take necessary steps to enable as much as possible to bring in line outflows with the inflows as per business portfolios.
- Discussions and meeting for resolving any conflicts on issues within and outside the department.
- Updating daily financial reports on bank position, movements, cash flows etc.
- Support to management for follow ups on legal and disputed recoveries.
