Requirements: A well experienced person with minimum of 10 years‘ experience, who can perform the following functions:
- Revise the organizational structure after identifying roles required to support the organizations strategy and goals, Develop job families that create clarity on accountabilities across functions.
- Develop a behavioural and technical competency model for all relevant job families.
- Create HR Strategy. Develop HR Policy Manual. Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking study.
- Develop an incentive -based performance management policy and system.
- Develop job descriptions and career paths for company’s employees, Conduct lob evaluations and define the grading structure.
- Develop HR Operational policies and procedures. Design recruitment and talent development programs.
- Conduct technical assessments for employees and create development reports, Conduct Training need analysis for employees.
- Create employee handbook, Design recruiting, selection and talent development programs,
- Essential qualifications and Experience: At least 7-12 years of work experience in HR management in UAE with thorough knowledge of UAE Labour law.
