- High school graduate or equivalent
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish common processes
- Strong math skills and minimum general accounting knowledge
- Enjoys fast paced environment and flexible to change
- At least 2 years’ experience in procurement processes (purchasing, vendor management, invoicing, etc.)
- IT skills (intermediate to advanced skill level in MS Excel)
- Create Purchase orders
- Vendor communication and PO confirmation
- Invoice resolution
- Assist with vendor data management and setup requests
- Provide basic data analysis on procurement processes
