Requirements
Your Responsibilities:
• Welcome, greet and assist visitors.
• Manage telephone calls, (answer, screen, transfer) in a professional manner, ensuring effective communication.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence .
• Handle inquires, offer's requests, appointments and other related information.
• Organize and assist travel, hotel, transportation arrangements and events.
• Maintain filing system
. • Assist the Managing Director with scheduling meetings, minutes of meetings, reports, presentations, filing and other required tasks.
Your Qualifications:
• Superior Education preferable.
• Previous experience as receptionist, personal assistant and customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Procurement tasks experience would be an advantage. Skills / Characteristics:
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Time management and multitasking.
• Detailed and accurate.
• Reliable, discrete and able to deal with confidentiality.
• Friendly and patient character.
• Self-motivated, confident, dynamic personality.
• Good telephone etiquette, ability to take notes and communicate message clearly.
• Good team player
• Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
