Qualification and Skills required:
- Excellent command in English is a Must
- Excellent PC skills are required for this role, Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word
Responsibilities:
- Arrange freight from suppliers ,
- Calling for payments and collecting from the clients
- Calling and scheduling the meetings with clients behalf of manager
- Making quotations as per the client requirements
- Making Purchase Orders for the suppliers
- Do the inventory monthly of the in stock products
- Meet and greet the clients
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of Installation/ Delivery Scheduling
- Maintain good filing system
- Maintain company related social media sites
- Arrange the documents regarding labours / workers as per projects site
- Communicate with the suppliers regarding upcoming/ on going orders
- Follow up suppliers for the order status
- Petty cash handling , basic accounts knowledge
