Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a US or British national only. who must be in good health and physically fit to enable him to walk and work on the construction site. Must have a minimum of 10 year's experience and experience in the GCC on a large project.
The following is a guide to the duties and responsibilities but is not limited to:
• Provides direction and management of site-based teams on a large-scale project.
• Ensuring compliance with the approved designs and specifications for the works under construction.
• Ensure that all aspects of safety are monitored & non-conformance is corrected. Preparing presentations and reports as needed.
• Assure that quality & progress are effectively monitored, tracked and reported throughout the program period.
• Interact with all internal project Stakeholders.
• Attend meetings as needed.
